Monthly Special for Extended Stays Beginning January 1st 2025
We’re excited to offer a Monthly Special for guests planning to stay between 2 to 6 months. This special rate is just $1800 per month (does not include dogs) plus electricity, and applies to designated regular back-in sites.
We have a two dog maximum at $50 per month per dog.
To reserve one of these sites, simply click on the Reserve Now button on our home page, fill out the reservation form and in the notes section mention that you would like to reserve a Monthly Special site.
To book this reservation you must pay the first month rent ($1800). This payment is non-refundable. Also, upon arrival you must show current RV registration and insurance.
Important Details:
- Minimum stay: 2 months
- Maximum stay: 6 months
- Rate: $1800/month + electric
- Maximum: 2 dogs $50/month per dog
